Freshline 950

Freshline dryer, model 950. Came out of service in January 2023. Dry from a nominal 3630 Kg up to 6350 Kg of fresh vegetables per hour.

This basket of the dryer is at an about 45-degree continuous angle.

So the loading rpm is around 150.

The product is loaded and evenly distributed in the basket.

An adjustable sensor senses the size of the load and once that's reached it goes to dry speed.

Dry speed runs between 550 rpm and 900 rpm.

Once drying time has been timed out the basket rpm is reduced so that the product drops via gravity.

The basket does not tip or dump.

It has a newly installed motor and bearings and seals and everything was recently inspected.

There are no problems with the conveyor. It has a newly installed motor and an Intralox 900 series belt.
